Refund and Return Policy – MAXXTOPIX

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return process to ensure your experience is as seamless and satisfying as possible. Please review the following policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Purchased Within 30 Days: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Unused and Unopened: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. We cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened Cosmetics: Any cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened, used, or tested.
  • Gift Cards: Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Personalized Products: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

3. How to Return an Item

If your item meets the return criteria, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@maxxtopix.xyz or call 626-919-9774 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization with further instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return shipping.
  4. Ship the Item: Use a traceable shipping method (such as USPS or FedEx) to return the item to the address provided in the return authorization. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or our error.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the amount of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping fees paid at checkout. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in the original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your account.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and upon receiving the returned product, we will offer you a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. International Returns

For international orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and the return must comply with local customs regulations. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
